Our story is one just like any other. We met November 14, 2009 with the help of my big brother. The night we met, we had a fun night out eating dinner and playing a few fun games of bowling. It didn't take vey long for me to realize what a fun and caring person James was. After that night we made an effort to see each other every Sunday to watch football with my brother. I guess in a way you could say that we were sort of using my brother so we could be closer to one another. We officially started dating December 12, 2009 and we have been pretty much unseperable since. Unfortunately we did have to spend about four months apart due to the fact that James was sent to San Anotonio for basic training for the air force. Even though we were apart we made sure to write each other every night and we talked on the phone for as long as we could when we could. When he finally came home we spent all day everyday together. After a while I moved in with James and his family. On November 7, 2010 James took me out to dinner at Olive Garden and got tickets to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Originally James had planned to ask me to marry him at the concert but soon realized when we sat down in our seats that he had left the ring in his car. When we finally got home that night, we were getting ready to go to bed and I found a ring laying on the bed. When I picked it up and turned around to ask James what it was all about, he asked me to marry him. My life has been better than I could have ever imagined since I met James so I didn't even have to think about my answer. We are really looking forward to spending our lives together and cannot wait to get started. |
